Following in her father's footsteps, Jennifer Davis has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 25 years. Her beginnings were in Commercial Real Estate where she was the broker for a successful firm in Midtown Atlanta. Commercial Real Estate is all about the numbers (money). Jennifer developed a keen sense of understanding the 'bottom line' on transactions, as well as increasing her negotiation skills.
Financially, Commercial Real Estate was rewarding, but after 10 years Jennifer decided to break away and form her own company to focus on serving the residential community. For many people their home is their largest financial investment and Jennifer felt that was where she would make the biggest impact for her clients. In 2002 she founded J. Davis Properties, Inc. and began operating her own Real Estate firm. J. Davis Properties has been devoted to helping individuals and families, rather than corporations, with their real estate needs. Over the years J. Davis Properties has specialized in residential, estates, equestrian properties, (she's an avid horse person), etc. and now has turned to the downsizing market. The need is unique for people downsizing and requires a specific set of skills. While she enjoys assisting her clients in all stages of homeownership, she decided to pursue the Senior Residential Real Estate Specialist certification to be even more prepared to meet the challenges of people downsizing.
